3. Membership Payments
MFN uses third-party payment processors to process membership payments.
Payment-card information is processed by Stripe. MFN does not intend to store full payment-card numbers or card security codes unless separately authorized and handled in accordance with applicable payment-card security requirements.
Stripe processes payment information according to its own terms and privacy practices.
Payments processed through Stripe are for MFN membership and network services. MFN does not use Stripe to receive or distribute third-party financing proceeds, collect loan repayments, or process investment funds on behalf of members or independent third parties.

MFN does not disclose personal information except as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate the business, facilitate requested or accepted introductions, comply with legal obligations, or protect MFN and its users.

These providers may process personal information as reasonably necessary to provide their services to MFN and subject to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
5. Independent Third Parties and Introductions
A feature of MFN membership is the ability to facilitate targeted business introductions.
When a member requests, authorizes, or accepts an introduction, MFN may share appropriate business and contact information with the relevant independent third party for the purpose of facilitating that introduction.
Independent third parties may include financial institutions, capital providers, family offices, receivables-finance providers, investors, buyers, or other strategic business relationships that may be relevant to a member.
An introduction by MFN does not constitute approval, endorsement, underwriting, financing, or a guarantee that a third party will enter into a business relationship or transaction with a member.
Independent third parties determine whether they wish to continue discussions, may request information directly from the member, conduct their own evaluation or diligence, establish their own terms, and enter into their own agreements directly with the member.
Once information is provided to an independent third party in connection with an authorized introduction, that third party is responsible for its own subsequent processing of personal information in accordance with its own privacy practices and applicable law.
MFN does not control the independent privacy or data-processing practices of such third parties.
6. Communications and Consent
MFN may communicate with you regarding:
- Membership applications;
- Membership administration;
- Waitlist or invitation status;
- Payments and transactions;
- Requested or accepted introductions;
- Member support;
- Account or website security;
- Changes affecting the Services; and
- Other administrative or operational matters.
Where required, MFN may separately request consent to receive marketing or promotional communications by email, telephone, SMS/text message, or other electronic means.
Where our website requests consent to calls or text messages, MFN may maintain records of the disclosure presented and related evidence of consent.
Consent to receive marketing calls or text messages is not a condition of purchasing an MFN membership unless expressly stated and permitted by applicable law.
You may opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in the communication. Where applicable, you may opt out of text messages by following the opt-out instructions provided in those messages.
Opting out of promotional communications does not prevent MFN from sending necessary transactional, administrative, membership, security, or other non-promotional communications.
